About the position

As a Service Advisor at Young Owosso, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the service lane, responsible for managing their experience and ensuring satisfaction. This role involves understanding product offerings, scheduling technicians, and providing exceptional customer service to create lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane.
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in a customer service role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
