Responsibilities * Actively listening to customers' needs, Understanding and recommending maintenance needs of their vehicle * Opening repair orders (ADP preferred however not required) setting expectations and estimating time and cost * Be the face of the Dealership within the Service Department to drive retention * Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer. * Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
