About the position

By joining our team you will be joining a team where the Owners, Director Of Operations, Area Supervisors and General Managers all began as crew! We provide the tools and resources for you to grow with us. This posting is for a role with an independent McDonald's franchisee. Our team is hiring experienced Shift Managers!

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.

Requirements

• Experience in a managerial role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in the food service industry.
• Familiarity with McDonald's operational standards.
