About the position

The Experienced Site Operator role at Perkaroma involves regular visits to client sites to perform delivery, organizational, and cleaning tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively and client locations are maintained in a clean and orderly manner.

Responsibilities

• Organize and arrange inventory on shelves or in designated storage areas, following established inventory management procedures.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or shortages.
• Rotate stock and check expiration dates to maintain product freshness and quality.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as the production and packaging departments, to ensure timely availability of inventory for production.
• Assist in fulfilling orders by picking and packing products accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness at client locations including sweeping, organizing shelves, and disposing of packaging materials.
• Monitor and report any damaged or defective products to management team/account managers.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of equipment and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and conducting counts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
