About the position

The Social Media Marketing Manager will oversee the social media marketing efforts for up to 10 automotive client accounts, focusing on content strategy, communication, and social media optimization. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing principles and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences. The manager will collaborate with clients to tailor campaigns to their unique needs and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day social media marketing for multiple automotive client accounts.
• Create engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Manage online communities and track analytics.
• Implement effective social media strategies tailored to client needs.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for strategy refinement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Curate relevant content and monitor online conversations for engagement opportunities.
• Produce high-quality visual assets using graphic design tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a marketing role
• Experience in social media marketing and content strategy
• Proficiency in social media optimization (SMO)
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices
• Experience in social media analytics tools
• Attention to detail
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a major plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
