As a Solar Closer, you will be responsible for finalizing sales and helping homeowners transition to solar energy, ensuring they understand the benefits and savings associated with their decision. Your role will involve utilizing your negotiation skills and charm to create a positive experience for customers, guiding them towards a sustainable future. On the other hand, as a Solar Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging them with enthusiasm and sharing the advantages of solar energy. Your primary goal will be to schedule appointments for the Closers, setting the stage for successful sales interactions. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose your own hours from Monday to Friday, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking work-life balance while contributing to a greener planet.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners to discuss the benefits of solar energy as a Solar Appointment Setter.
• Schedule meetings for potential customers with Solar Closers.
• Finalize sales and assist homeowners in transitioning to solar energy as a Solar Closer.
• Utilize negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
• Maintain a positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges during the sales process.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in door-to-door sales.
• Clear speaking voice and excellent communication skills.
• Determination and resilience to overcome challenges in sales.
• Reliable transportation to meet with clients.

Nice-to-haves

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
