Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, canvassing, and other plausible efforts.
• Convert leads into potential customers and set appointments with homeowners.
• Meet with potential customers and determine their solar needs.
• Educate potential customers on equipment, financing options, and tax benefits.
• Provide detailed information regarding T&K Electric Company and the available products and services offered.
• Propose, close, and execute purchase contracts with homeowners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and obtain referrals and reviews.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Appropriately represent the T&K Electric Company brand in all interactions.

Requirements

• Experience in selling solar of at least one year.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the solar industry and current rules and regulations.
