About the position

As a Solar Sales Consultant at Solar Pros, you will be part of the premier sales channel within Freedom Forever, the nation's largest solar installation company. Our mission is to transform the energy infrastructure of our nation, one home at a time, specializing in residential installations across the United States and Puerto Rico. We have developed a robust nationwide lead generation program that facilitates a smooth transition into solar for newcomers while providing lucrative opportunities for experienced salespeople. Our partnerships with industry leaders like Tesla enhance our offerings, and we are currently seeking experienced closers or lead generation representatives to drive the success of our high-quality solar programs in various regions. In this role, your daily responsibilities will vary based on your experience and specific role, ranging from generating and qualifying new customers to closing contracts through Zoom and in-home sales presentations. You will represent Freedom Forever professionally, helping to raise awareness of solar power and battery storage in your area. Ensuring a positive and high-quality customer experience is paramount, and you will be encouraged to participate in continuous education and training opportunities to refine your sales and customer service skills. We are looking for individuals with prior experience in direct sales or related fields, such as solar, pest control, TV, mortgages, or home automation/security system sales. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and attention to detail are essential. Experience with commission-based compensation packages and knowledge of CRM platforms will be advantageous. We value eagerness to grow and the ability to create positive, lasting relationships with customers, as these traits are crucial in this cutting-edge industry.

Responsibilities
