The Solar Sales Consultant at Bluenergy Solar LLC is a full-time role focused on connecting with potential customers to promote and sell solar energy solutions. Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage with potential customers through lead-generation strategies, including referrals, prequalified leads, networking, and door-to-door.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with homeowners to understand their energy needs and recommend customized solar solutions.
  • Present and explain solar proposals, financial models, and system designs to prospective customers.
  • Close sales and guide customers through the contract and installation process, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, solar technology, financing options, and local incentives.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and workshops to stay updated on best practices and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in solar sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (1 year required).
  • Strong understanding of solar energy products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • A passion for renewable energy and helping people.
