This full-time position involves engaging with customers, promoting vehicles, and driving sales while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand and communicate product information and features to customers
- Assist customers in selecting the best vehicle for their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and upsell vehicle features
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales contracts
- Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers to generate referrals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the dealership
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
