Frank Kent Country is seeking an experienced and motivated Spanish-speaking Sales Associate to join their automotive dealership team in Corsicana, Texas. This full-time position involves engaging with customers, promoting vehicles, and driving sales while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand and communicate product information and features to customers
• Assist customers in selecting the best vehicle for their needs and budget
• Conduct test drives and upsell vehicle features
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales contracts
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers to generate referrals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the dealership

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
