This position focuses on providing exceptional client service while assisting clients with their tax needs, including individual, trust, and partnership tax returns. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Complete individual, trust, and partnership tax returns for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during the tax preparation process.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain knowledge of current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client needs.

Requirements

• 2+ seasons of previous experience in tax preparation.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.
