• Maintain knowledge of current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance tax preparation skills.

Requirements

• 2+ seasons of previous experience in tax preparation.
• Valid PTIN Certification.
• Strong passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as an Enrolled Agent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
