Responsibilities

• Complete individual, trust, and partnership tax returns for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance tax preparation skills.

Requirements

• 2+ seasons of previous experience in tax preparation.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.
