About the position

The Experiential Activation Creative PM/Producer will serve as a key facilitator on creative projects, collaborating with various teams including account managers, planners, and designers. This role involves managing the end-to-end production of experiential, print, and digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The position is primarily remote with some onsite work required, and candidates must be based in Seattle, Los Angeles/Marina Del Rey, or Chicago.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multiple facets of a project simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Develop and support project workplans, schedules, budgets, and key communications for stakeholder briefing.
  • Create clear and detailed project briefs for the Creative team, addressing all pertinent internal and external questions.
  • Monitor and track project progress, producing status reports and providing proactive recommendations.
  • Lead production of deliverables for Activations, including large format print, collateral, OOH, and social assets.
  • Manage communication and approvals between creative and account teams, ensuring thorough project handoffs.
  • Mitigate day-to-day problems and escalate issues when necessary, maintaining effective communication in time-sensitive situations.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and client team members, acting as a trusted resource.
  • Coordinate with other producers to develop consistent management practices for creative teams.
  • QA all creative work to ensure error-free deliverables.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of activation or event project management and production experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, quick, assertive, measured, calm, and collaborative.
  • Thorough understanding of the creative process, brand standards, and print and digital deliverables.
  • Extensive experience in developing workplans, budgets, and production schedules for various media.
  • Deep knowledge of production for print, digital, web, and video.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
