As an Experiential and Brand Marketing Coordinator within PNC's Linga organization, you will be based in Naples, FL. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that promote Linga's brand such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, product launches, corporate meetings, and other promotional activities. Additionally, the position will oversee the brand identity of the company, coordinate the brand communications to ensure consistency across all channels and will co-create content. The E&BM Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to build a strong, recognizable brand that resonates with our target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within budget.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
  • Coordinate logistics for events including catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, product display, and accommodation.
  • Create detailed plans with timelines, budgets, and logistics for events.
  • Oversee the execution of events from start to finish, including site selection, vendor management, event setup, registration, and post-event activities.
  • Ensure an engaging attendee experience by managing registration processes, responding to inquiries, and providing on-site support.
  • Collect feedback from attendees, analyze data, and provide reports and advice post-event.
  • Ensure events comply with regulations and standards, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices, proposing and implementing activities to enhance event effectiveness.
  • Implement brand strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and goals.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity of the brand.
  • Collaborate in initiatives to understand brand perception, trends, and customer insights.
  • Analyze and report on brand health and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work with speakers, presenters, and panelists to develop event content, ensuring alignment with event objectives and audience needs.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that enhance the brand's visibility and credibility.
  • Ensure meaningful promotion of events through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, website updates, and print materials.

Requirements

  • A university/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • Strong understanding of existing marketing strategies and ability to implement established programs/initiatives.
  • Ability to assist in the coordination and execution of marketing programs/initiatives, strategies, and activities.
