About the position

The Experiential Designer will play a crucial role in creating engaging and immersive experiences that connect customers with the client's brand. This position involves conceptualizing and designing innovative digital and physical experiences across various platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand message and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and craft innovative digital and physical experiential designs for a variety of spaces.
• Develop creative concepts based on marketing goals, brand guidelines, and user behavior data.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure a consistent brand message and user experience.
• Utilize relevant tools and software to turn concepts into dynamic and immersive designs.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and insights from user testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, multimedia, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as an Experiential Designer with a minimum of 2-3 years.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of environmental design, graphic design, interactive design, and UX/UI.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Strong creative vision while also being able to execute based on data and feedback.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of 3D design, augmented reality, or virtual reality is a plus.
