Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking Apartment Leasing Professionals, Assistant Managers, and Property Managers to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on providing exceptional leasing experiences in apartment communities, with opportunities for both bilingual and non-bilingual candidates. Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments and showing units to potential residents.
• Answering inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Assisting with daily property operations and leasing activities.
• Maintaining resident satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Overseeing all aspects of property management, including resident relations and maintenance coordination.

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience in property management.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Familiarity with Yardi and OneSite software.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents and team members.
• Proven experience as a Property Manager for managerial roles.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred for leasing professionals.
• Leadership skills for assistant and property manager roles.
