About the position

The Expert Facebook Media Buyer at CRI Genetics will be responsible for enhancing the company's paid social media advertising efforts, specifically on Facebook. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive advertising strategy, managing the entire campaign lifecycle, and optimizing performance to drive business results. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Facebook advertising to create impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve high ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement funnel strategies and designs that convert users effectively.
  • Provide creative direction and collaborate with the marketing team to produce impactful ad assets.
  • Set up campaigns and define target audiences using demographics, interests, and behaviors.
  • Optimize budget allocation and bidding strategies to achieve campaign goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Communicate regularly with the team about campaign performance and recommend next steps.
  • Conduct A/B testing and refresh creative assets based on performance data.
  • Stay updated on Facebook's platform changes and advertising policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Facebook Media Buyer with a successful track record in paid social media advertising.
  • Experience managing Facebook ad campaigns with a minimum of $25k per month in ad spend.
  • Ability to scale ad spend effectively while maintaining performance and ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
  • Ability to manage budgets efficiently and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Creative mindset for crafting engaging ad copy and selecting visuals.
