The Expert, Global Brand Marketing for Women's Sport & Athletes at NIKE, Inc. is a pivotal role focused on leading and driving global marketing plans that serve the brand and business. This position emphasizes understanding and connecting with women's sports consumers, particularly in soccer and basketball, to inspire innovative storytelling and marketing strategies. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to elevate Nike's presence in women's sports and ensure the brand resonates with its audience.

Responsibilities

• Obsess over the Women's Sport Consumer, focusing on basketball, football (soccer), tennis, and golf.
• Understand the consumer deeply, including their motivations and passions related to sport, to inspire storytelling and concepts.
• Lead a cross-functional marketing team to create world-class storytelling and consumer journeys.
• Develop and execute Seasonal Marketing Plans to position Nike as the top sports brand in women's sports.
• Partner with Sports Marketing to enhance athlete storytelling and integration across the organization.
• Deliver long-term consumer concepts and seasonal storytelling on a global scale.
• Create and implement long-term athlete brand plans across various touchpoints and moments.
• Collaborate with a diverse, multi-disciplinary marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Sport/Fitness, or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of partners across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races.
• Experience managing a team of high-performers through fast-paced change and ambiguity.
• Experience influencing leadership, teams, and functional counterparts to achieve balanced results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation.
• Expertise in Women's Sport.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
