About The Position
Hapa Sushi in Cherry Creek is seeking an Expo to coordinate and communicate all orders between the front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH), as well as between the kitchen and the sushi bar. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure. The Expo will also be responsible for running food when necessary and must be presentable for the FOH. Candidates should be prepared to learn the extensive sushi menu and all ingredients in each menu item.
