About the position
As an Expo at Oggie's, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of food from the kitchen to the customers' tables, coordinating food orders, garnishing and plating dishes, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate food orders with kitchen staff.
- Garnish and plate dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals to guests.
- Work closely with serving staff to manage order flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo area.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
