About The Position
Zurich North America is seeking a Express Claims Adjuster II to join our Group in North America. The role of an Express adjuster is to investigate, evaluate and resolve claims for travel products and/or benefits embedded within partnership card benefit programs. Claim processing will relate to benefits including but not limited to: Trip Cancelations, Travel Post Departure events (trip interruption, trip delay, medical, travel inconvenience) and baggage/personal effects losses. As an Express Claims Adjuster you will conduct accurate and thorough documentation review, investigation when necessary, and document your resolution action plans based upon the applicable law, coverage and supporting evidence. This position will also provide ongoing communication to the appropriate stakeholders through the life of the claim. Express adjusters should expect to spend 50% - 75% of time conversing verbally with stakeholders. This role involves high claim volume, low value claim exposure, non-litigated claims with no complex liability issues. State Licensing is a requirement of this position. Express Claims Adjusters are expected to obtain required state specific licenses within the designated time frame of when the business initiates the process and are required to maintain all licenses in good standing at all times.
