As a Customer Experience Associate at the Express, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. In this position, you will be expected to greet every customer warmly, making eye contact and offering a genuine smile. Acknowledging waiting customers promptly is crucial, as it reassures them that they will receive assistance shortly. Listening attentively to customer needs and asking relevant follow-up questions will enable you to recommend appropriate products that align with their specific requirements.
