The Express Lane Service Cashier with Back Service Lane Porter role at Parkway DCJR involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive service department. The role also includes assisting with service porting when not engaged in cashier duties.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers within the service department.
- Close customer, warranty, and internal repair orders.
- Perform basic administrative duties as assigned.
- Answer phones and make express lane appointments.
- Maintain the appearance of the work area.
- Use Reynolds and Reynolds to complete transactions.
- Assist with service porting vehicles when not cashiering.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- One to two years of previous cashier experience preferred.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license.
