About the position

As a Shift Manager (Snack Avenue) at the Exchange, you will oversee the operation of the Snack Avenue area within an Express Store. This role involves leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing retail operations, including merchandising, selling, stocking, and promoting goods. You will utilize your leadership skills to foster a positive environment that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty to the Exchange brand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the Snack Avenue area of the Exchange Express Store.
• Lead a team of associates in delivering a tailored customer experience.
• Assist in planning, managing, and directing retail store operations.
• Manage merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting, and reordering of goods.
• Promote a positive team and customer-centric culture.
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary shopping experience.
• Evaluate and enhance customer service and satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, develop, and schedule associates for current and future roles.
• Maintain compliance with loss prevention, accounting, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude toward customers and team members.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous retail managerial experience preferred.
