Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics to identify issues.
• Execute repairs and maintenance on vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with guests regarding their vehicle needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive repair or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• ASE certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Previous experience in a dealership setting.
• Familiarity with Hyundai vehicles and technology.
