Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to agricultural and 4-H youth development programs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate the total OSU Extension county program.
• Engage with local clientele and advisory groups to assess community needs.
• Deliver research-based information in agriculture and youth development.
• Foster relationships with clientele, advisory groups, and volunteer leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in educational program design and evaluation.
• Commitment to personal professional development.

Nice-to-haves
