About the position

As our Production Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our exterior construction projects, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. In this role, you will be the face of Northern Lights during installation, ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional customer service. You will oversee every phase of the project, from pre-construction checks to post-construction inspections, ensuring quality control at all stages. Safety protocols will be a priority, and you will ensure that job sites are kept pristine. Utilizing our proprietary software, you will manage project details including material check-ins, progress photos, and punch lists. Effective communication with Project Managers and the office team regarding any changes will be essential, as will handling minor warranty work and internal punch corrections as needed. You will also coordinate with the Office Manager to maintain company vehicles in top shape, provide daily status updates using our custom-built production software, and act as the go-to problem solver for homeowners and installation crews. Managing on-site warehouse inventory and participating in marketing contributions such as video commentary and capturing marketing photos on-site will also be part of your responsibilities. This position offers a competitive salary between $70,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience, along with performance-based pay opportunities. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in exterior construction.
  • Willingness to consent to motor vehicle and background check.
  • Excellent communication skills; Spanish is a plus.

  • Strong problem-resolution skills with homeowners and install crews.
  • Must have a professional appearance.
  • Must be within 30 minutes of the office in Fort Lupton.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
