These events include the winter ice skating rink at Holiday Park, summer concert series, and other community festivals and events around the Fishers/Indianapolis/Westfield/Noblesville area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management, excellent organizational skills, and a knack for creating memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate all aspects of event participation, including logistics, staffing, and setup. Communicate with event organizers to ensure all requirements and regulations are met. Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure smooth execution. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage event staff, including bartenders, servers, and setup crew. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all events. Provide leadership and support to staff during events, ensuring high levels of customer service. Logistics and Setup: Manage product ordering and inventories to ensure event has the appropriate level of supplies Oversee the transportation and setup of equipment, supplies, and products at event sites. Ensure all equipment and setups comply with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of necessary items. Customer Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all event attendees. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Gather feedback from customers and staff to continuously improve event operations. Budget Management: Manage event budgets, including staffing costs, supplies, and other expenses. Track and report on event performance, including financial outcomes and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Benefits: Hourly pay $8-$12 an hour plus tips.
