About the position
The External Wholesaler II position at Producer's Choice Network Insurance Solutions involves building and managing relationships with financial advisors, brokers, and agents to drive sales of insurance products. The role requires a high level of autonomy and extensive knowledge of the financial services industry, focusing on generating revenue through effective sales strategies and presentations. The wholesaler will lead projects, influence strategic direction, and provide comprehensive solutions to complex problems, all while maintaining extensive contact with external clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with financial professionals to generate Annuity, Life Insurance, and Asset Based Long Term Care sales.
- Educate financial professionals on the benefits of offered products and services through meetings, presentations, and seminars.
- Develop and implement wholesaling business plans to meet sales goals and provide management with strategic suggestions.
- Lead and present sales activities at weekly wholesaling meetings.
- Maintain wholesaling activity logs and databases to track broker profiles and sales activity.
- Work closely with internal wholesaler support to identify and foster leads from referrals and campaigns.
- Manage expense accounts within the allotted budget.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field and a minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Series 7 license required or the ability to obtain within six months of hire.
- Insurance license required.
