About the position

As a culinary intern at Madeline Hotel and Residences, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic kitchen environment, working alongside talented chefs. This externship is designed to enhance your culinary skills through practical involvement in food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management, while also providing opportunities for mentorship and career development.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Support kitchen staff in various tasks as needed
• Learn and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Help with inventory management and stock rotation

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a culinary program or recent graduate
• Passion for food and a desire to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to take direction and learn from experienced chefs
