Responsibilities

  • Maintain HR personnel files.
  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
  • Assist HR Director with job description (JD) and job analysis projects.
  • Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviews.
  • Assist HR Director with various administrative tasks.
  • Draft offer letters on behalf of HR Director.
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
  • Orient employee HR onboarding activities.
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of their queries.
  • Assist HR Director with employee relations matters.
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in human resource administration, business administration, or a closely related field.
