Extreme Equity Construction is seeking a dedicated Laborer/Contractor to join our team in Newark, Ohio. This position involves rehabbing and maintaining both single-family and multi-family housing across central Ohio. As an independent contractor, you will have the opportunity to start immediately and work on various tasks that contribute to the upkeep and improvement of residential properties. The role is flexible, allowing you to manage your own schedule while ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will be responsible for a range of construction and maintenance tasks, which may include demolition, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. Responsibilities
- Rehab and maintain single-family and multi-family housing.
