Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and engagements, translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities.
• Serve as key liaisons between consulting team members, EY-Parthenon Senior Directors and Partners, and our clients.
• Develop long-term strategies for organizations and evaluate potential acquisitions.
• Improve educational achievement outcomes and develop new marketing channel strategies.
• Reduce operating costs and evaluate new business ventures.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance and at least 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working with energy, chemicals and/or industrials in a leadership role.
• Previous management consulting experience.
• Experience managing business strategy projects in complex environments.
• Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage change.
• Proficient in the English language, including effective communication skills in a professional environment.
• Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
• Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• An MBA with two years of related work experience or graduate degree with at least three years of related work experience, with a focus on client advisory or strategic planning.
