The F-35 Operations Center Analyst position at Lockheed Martin is a critical role within the Aeronautics Field Sustainment team, located at the Wright-Patterson Operations Center in Dayton, Ohio. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to contribute to the national security of the United States and its allies through the support of the F-35 program. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all customers and sites associated with the F-35 Operations Center, ensuring effective communication and support across various sustainment organizations. In this role, the analyst will act as a conduit between internal and external customers and the F-35 Sustainment organizations, which include Sustaining Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Sustainment Performance Management, Field Operations, Support Equipment, and Training. The candidate will be responsible for keeping the F-35 Operations Center processes current and will play a key role in proposing and implementing new processes and best practices as the center matures. This position requires a focus on improving the overall F-35 Fleet Aircraft Availability and Mission Capability rates through tactical engagement on a day-to-day basis. The F-35 Operations Center operates 24/7/365, which means the candidate must be flexible and willing to work various shifts, including first, second, and third shifts, as well as weekdays, weekends, and holidays. This flexibility is essential to meet the demands of the role and support the operational needs of the F-35 program. Additionally, candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain a final Secret Security Clearance and F-35 Program access.
