About the position

The F&B Inventory Systems Analyst at Topgolf is responsible for maintaining and supporting the Crunchtime Information Systems database, which manages food, beverage, and retail item costs. This role involves providing expert support to Playmakers at both corporate offices and Topgolf venues, ensuring efficient operations and accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Support Topgolf venues with adding new products and recipes, entering and updating vendor information, managing vendor order guides, and setting up new locations and users in the system (40% Time).
  • Assist with developing and updating Topgolf standard Crunchtime training materials as new features are added and SOPs change (5% Time).
  • Work directly with the internal Crunchtime Help Desk and Operations to field questions and support end users (15% Time).
  • Evaluate new software release versions, request upgrades, and test new features for implementation (5% Time).
  • Ensure the Crunchtime system remains in sync with other integrated systems such as Point of Sale and Accounting Systems (5% Time).

Requirements

  • Prior experience with Hospitality software (POS Systems, Back-Office Systems) preferred.
  • Prior training experience.
  • Understanding of restaurant operations and accounting methodologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to construct training materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
