About The Position
The F&B Outlets Manager is responsible for overseeing the total operations of the food and beverage division within the hotel. This role focuses on ensuring quality preparation, prompt service, efficient administration, and profitability across all outlets. The manager will supervise and train staff, maintain inventory, enforce safety protocols, and drive financial performance through menu creation and cost management.
