About the position

The F&B Outlets Manager is responsible for overseeing the total operations of the food and beverage division within the hotel. This role focuses on ensuring quality preparation, prompt service, efficient administration, and profitability across all outlets. The manager will supervise and train staff, maintain inventory, enforce safety protocols, and drive financial performance through menu creation and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and train all management level associates in the food and beverage discipline.
• Schedule, evaluate, and direct all food and beverage personnel, providing disciplinary action if necessary.
• Ensure appropriate inventory of supplies and materials for associates.
• Establish and review performance standards in food preparation, purchasing, and production.
• Ensure safe food handling protocols are followed at all times.
• Monitor and coordinate sanitation, cleanliness, and organization in food and beverage areas.
• Establish and review liquor procedures for security and accountability.
• Collaborate with hotel management and participate in meetings and programs.
• Drive financial performance through menu creation, specials, and promotions.
• Coach and counsel associates, including managers.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a Food and Beverage leadership role with a proven record of success.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to food and liquor.
• Strong business communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic computational ability.

Benefits

• Salary range between $75,000 - $80,000 annually
