The F&B Server PM position at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic and upscale environment. This role involves waiting on and serving guests in the hotel’s restaurant, ensuring that every guest receives extraordinary service in accordance with Omni standards. The server will be responsible for maintaining a thorough knowledge of the food and beverage offerings, including wine service, and will be expected to follow proper steps of service standards to enhance the dining experience. In addition to serving food and beverages, the F&B Server PM will support the new Omni Safe and Clean protocols, which are essential for maintaining a safe dining environment in light of Covid-19. The server must be familiar with the restaurant's floor plan, table numbers, and seat numbers to ensure accurate and timely service. Responsibilities also include taking food and beverage orders, upselling items, and tending to all guest needs during their visit. The server will communicate effectively with the culinary team regarding meal requirements, allergies, and special requests, ensuring that all guests have a pleasant dining experience. The role requires the server to complete station set-up and breakdown, maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, and assist in training new associates. The F&B Server PM will also be expected to cross-train among other food and beverage outlets as needed, maintain knowledge of the property and its amenities, and report any maintenance needs to management.
