The Food & Beverage Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the operations of all Food & Beverage outlets within the establishment. This position requires a strong focus on maintaining profitability while ensuring high-quality products and service levels. The manager will coordinate, supervise, and direct all aspects of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively. The role involves maintaining payroll budgets and developing a high-performing team that can deliver exceptional service to guests. In this position, the manager will oversee daily operations, manage personnel, and respond promptly to guest complaints. Collaboration with other Food & Beverage managers is essential to keep everyone informed of ongoing issues and to ensure that the immediate supervisor is updated on any matters requiring attention. The manager will also play a crucial role in loss prevention, preparing and submitting reports on payroll, revenue, schedules, and invoices in a timely manner. Monitoring the quality of service in the outlets and assisting in menu planning and preparation are also key responsibilities. Compliance with local liquor laws, health and sanitation regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) is critical. The manager will be visible on the floor, assisting staff during meal periods, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring that employees are trained on SOPs and technical job tasks. The role also involves overseeing hiring practices and understanding corporate promotions within the outlet.
