About the position

The F&I Manager at Automotive Reinsurance Concepts is responsible for selling Finance and Insurance products to vehicle purchasers, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and identifying areas for improvement in existing policies and procedures. This role requires a strong focus on achieving a minimum PVR of $2,450, with current expectations set at $2,800. The position involves consistent training and the completion of customer paperwork, while also emphasizing the importance of communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell F&I Products with an expectation of $2,450+ PVR, minimum.
• Participate in consistent training programs and advanced training for experienced candidates.
• Complete customer paperwork and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Identify areas of efficiency or improvement within existing policies and procedures; recommend improvements.
• Menu sell to customers effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years F&I Management experience.
• Proven past performance of F&I PVR over $2,000.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of F&I Best Practices required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

• AFIP Certified F&I Professional preferred but not required.
