About The Position
The F&I Manager at Mazda of Wesley Chapel is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting products that protect their vehicle purchases. This role involves working closely with lenders to secure financing approvals and ensuring all vehicle purchase paperwork is completed accurately and promptly. The F&I Manager also follows up on receivables and engages with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction during transactions.
