The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager at Holiday World RV is a key leadership role focused on managing finance operations for recreational vehicle sales. Responsibilities
- Contract new business and close deals
- Generate finance income on all sold customers
- Check and verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
- Contract or collect all money at closing
- Seek bank approval on financed deals
- Understand all programs and rate options offered by lenders
- Solicit extended warranty sales
Requirements
- Proven experience in finance and insurance management
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills to convey product features and benefits
- Ability to confidently close sales
