The Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager at Midlands Honda is responsible for overseeing the finance and insurance operations within the dealership. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, selling financing and insurance products, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities

• Sell financing and credit life, accident, and health insurance to customers.
• Provide thorough explanations of aftermarket products and extended warranties to customers.
• Convert cash deals to finance and cultivate relationships with various finance sources, including manufacturers.
• Collaborate with sales and sales managers to provide current information about finance and lease programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting the finance department.

Requirements

• Proven experience in selling financing and insurance products.
• Experience in explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties to customers.
• Ability to convert cash deals to finance and build relationships with finance sources.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations affecting vehicle and finance departments.
• Track record of collaboration with sales teams regarding finance and lease programs.
