F&I Manager

About the position

The F&I Manager at Lithia Nissan of Clovis is responsible for overseeing the finance and insurance operations within the dealership. This role requires a proven leader with a strong track record in a high-volume automotive dealership, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals. The F&I Manager will work closely with customers to secure financing and insurance options that best suit their needs, while also contributing to the dealership's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance and insurance operations of the dealership.
• Work with customers to secure financing and insurance options.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve sales goals related to finance and insurance products.
• Train and mentor staff on F&I processes and best practices.
• Maintain relationships with lenders and insurance providers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior Automotive Dealership F&I Manager experience required.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Strong attention to detail and high sense of urgency required.

Nice-to-haves

• ADP/CDK experience preferred.
