F&I Manager

About the position

The F&I Manager at Lithia Nissan of Clovis is responsible for overseeing the finance and insurance operations within the dealership. This role requires a proven leader with a strong track record in a high-volume automotive dealership, focusing on delivering exceptional results and maintaining a best-in-class car buying experience. The F&I Manager will be empowered with resources and support to ensure every driver secures the perfect deal, contributing to the company's mission of earning customers for life.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance and insurance operations of the dealership.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with sales teams to provide financing options to customers.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase product penetration and profitability.
• Train and mentor staff on F&I processes and best practices.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the financing process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior Automotive Dealership F&I Manager experience required.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency required.
• ADP/CDK experience preferred.
