The F&I Manager at Lithia Nissan of Clovis is responsible for overseeing the finance and insurance operations within the dealership. Responsibilities
- Oversee the finance and insurance operations of the dealership.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with sales teams to provide financing options to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase product penetration and profitability.
- Train and mentor staff on F&I processes and best practices.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the financing process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of prior Automotive Dealership F&I Manager experience required.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency required.
- ADP/CDK experience preferred.
