About the position

The Field Technician role involves performing preventative maintenance and repair work on commercial printing equipment, primarily within the Boston and New England areas. The position requires installation work as needed and is part of a small service group. Candidates with experience in the commercial printing industry, particularly with digital and inkjet technologies, are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial printing equipment.
• Conduct repair work on various printing machines.
• Handle installations of equipment when requested.
• Travel to customer sites primarily within the Boston and New England areas.

Requirements

• Experience in the commercial printing industry.
• Familiarity with digital and inkjet technologies.
• Ability to perform maintenance and repair tasks independently.
