About the position
The Group Fitness Trainer at F45 Training is a part-time role focused on leading high-intensity interval training classes. The trainer is responsible for ensuring that clients perform exercises safely and effectively while providing excellent customer service and fostering a fun team environment. This position is on-site in South McKinney, TX, and offers opportunities for professional growth within the fitness industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead F45 Training classes to ensure safe and effective exercise performance.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Create a dynamic and fun team environment during classes.
- Modify exercises to suit different fitness levels and abilities.
- Engage with clients to enhance their fitness experience.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer certification or Group Fitness Instructor certification.
- Experience in fitness instruction and training.
- Knowledge of the fitness industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable working with clients at all fitness levels.
- Experience leading group fitness classes is a plus.
- CPR/CPT certified.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with modifying exercises for different fitness levels.
- Familiarity with F45 Training or similar fitness programs.
- Experience in leadership roles.
