About the position

The position is responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining fabrication and assembly operations to ensure that all products manufactured meet customer demand. The role involves creating a long-term strategy to improve quality and safety results while aligning the manufacturing organization with quality assurance objectives. The candidate will actively participate in implementing strategies in a cross-functional manner, supporting Lean-Sigma initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or related major.
• 5 to 10 years of proven track record in operations or production management in fast-paced environments.
• Direct HVAC experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six-Sigma methodologies is preferred.
• Solid analytical and interpersonal skills, including coaching and conflict resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning, project management, and organizing skills.
• Working knowledge of Lean production management and quality integration concepts.
• Proven track record of change implementation.
• Current knowledge of PC software applications, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
