The Operations and Facilities Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the administrative needs of Colorado Health Network Inc. This position is non-exempt and reports directly to the Operations Manager. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the general maintenance and upkeep of the building, scheduling service calls, and managing building access control. The coordinator will also be involved in snow removal, landscaping, and other facility-related functions. In addition to these tasks, the role encompasses maintaining files, kitchen cleanliness, inventorying data and equipment, and formatting reports and presentations. The coordinator will assist with meeting logistics and ensure the office operates smoothly, providing backup support for administrative duties as needed. The position requires a proactive approach to track requests related to building issues, coordinate state-wide improvements, and perform minor repairs. Exceptional internal customer service is essential, as the coordinator will handle employee requests and manage supplies efficiently. The role also involves creating company ID badges, maintaining inventory, and entering data into donor databases. The coordinator will assist senior management with executive duties, promote positive client relations, and participate in company meetings. Accurate expense and time tracking are critical, along with responsible use of company resources. The coordinator will provide regular updates to project managers and assess workload to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. This position is essential for the organization, especially in light of COVID-19, as all employees are required to be vaccinated.
