About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid US Driver's License
• Strong focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment and assets on all systems
• Demonstrated technical expertise in one craft area (Janitorial, Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, Utility Operations) and multi-skilled in others
• Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, mini excavators, etc. is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Perform assigned repairs preventive maintenance
• Complete maintenance and repair records as required
• Inspect building systems including HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities
